Toronto Co-Design

In our co-design sessions, we are asking several questions which highlight how people share information. This will inform how we link documents in our regulatory database through digital and non-digital approaches.

Key ways of sharing information found in this session:

• phone calls
• links to social media
• attending and hosting events

Our current database does not have these ways of sharing information easily available. Regulatory documents do refer to events related to hearings, but this is not easy to discover on the website. Thanks to your feedback, we now know that we need to include this in our re-design of our regulatory documents database!
