continuous improvement organization.
Following the completion of a public hearing, we seek feedback on our
hearing process from participants to see if we have met our objectives and to
hear views on how we can improve.
This survey should take about 15 minutes
to complete. Please feel free to elaborate on any question with written
comments or suggestions. Please note
that all text fields below are expandable; please provide as many comments or
suggestions as you wish.
This survey is voluntary, and your
responses will remain confidential. The data will be analyzed at a high level,
and will not be shared with any Government departments. A summary of the survey
results may be made public, but any comments or responses will not be
attributed to you.
